Ideal location, bright, modern, luxurious apartment. Positive: Brilliantly clean, modern comfortable apartment, with everything you could need. Negative: Nothing - it was excellent

Close to train station. Close to shopping and pubs.Very close to the University so it is very busy with students and can get a bit noise. Otherwise great place. Host was fabulous! You have your own private patio which i enjoyed. Perfect place to enjoy Cardiff

Positive: The location was excellent. Very convenient and close to the station. The owner was responsive and easily contactable. We loved the garden although er didn't spend much time there due to the rainy weather! The apartment itself was clean and well maintained Negative: The rooms were small however also very cosy, excellent for a good night's sleep. The apartment would benefit from coat hooks being placed somewhere, for example in the corridor

Nach Mängelbeseitigung sehr schönes Apartment Positive: Das appartement war mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, die Veranda war sehr groß und die Ausstattung sehr modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Zentrum war zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreichbar, der nächste Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe Negative: Wir konnten den Inhaber weder per Email, noch über das Nottelefon erreichen. In der Kaffee Maschine war Schimmel, der Abfluss im Waschbecken im Bad funktionierte zögerlich und die Veranda war leider nicht gefegt und einen Besen oder Staubsauger fanden wir nicht.

Lindo apartamento reformado con terraza, ideal para jóvenes. Positive: Está totalmente reformado y bien decorado. La cocina está muy bien, muy completa. La terraza es muy bonita y cuenta con sofás para tomar un café. El apartamento está muy bien y la zona es cercana al centro, aunque en verano no hay prácticamente nadie viviendo allí porque es una zona universitaria. Lo mejor del apartamento fue el baño había secador de pelo, gel de baño y champú. El propietario fue muy amable porque me olvidé mi plancha del pelo y me la dejaron en un negocio de al lado. Negative: Las habitaciones eran muy pequeñas si vais dos personas está bien, pero en nuestro caso éramos cuatro y nos quedó pequeño. En el salón yo pondría un sofá-cama que fuera más cómodo y que diera la opción a utilizar el pequeño salón frente a la televisión como una cama extra. Las camas de los dormitorios son dobles pequeñas, es decir, para una persona o un adulto con un niño pequeño. Los colchones no eran de mi gusto y se lo dije al propietario y me aseguro que los cambiaría próximamente.

Great place to stay near Cardiff University Positive: It is a 2 minute walk to Cathay station which is very convenient. We stayed at the ground floor apartment and it was easy to move luggage. Enough space for a family of three with amenities for cooking and it was all in working condition. Negative: Only one fan for two rooms doesn't really bother you if you keep the windows open. Needs a little touch up with wall paints to freshen up the space.

Lovely apartment, only ten minutes walk from the centre of Cardiff Positive: This is a large property, with a lovely little garden. Bathroom was nice and the shower was great. Two double bedrooms with everything you needed in them. Nice large kitchen with gorgeous breakfast bar. Easy to log into Netflix and WiFi worked well. Would recommend as really good value for money and communication with the host was excellent. Negative: The parking on the road outside was quite expensive. There was a road you could park in for free but was about ten minutes walk and it was absolutely pouring down. A parking permit to be able to park outside would be really handy.

Positive: Good location not too far to walk to centre and there were places nearby to eat breakfast. Nice and clean apartment.

Positive: Had a fantastic 2 night stay, whilst seeing stereophonic's at the principality (20 minute walk) 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The apartment stayed nice and cool & the courtyard out the back is a real sun trap in the afternoons. Everything you could need is in the apartment. There is secure multi storey car parking 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Communication was fantastic from start to finish.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable stay! Positive: Beds were comfy and the garden in the sunshine was perfect. Lovely shower and very clean. Great location for blackweir fields concerts. Great amenities nearby. Helpful host, would definitely stay again! Nice and quiet considering location. Negative: Could do with some milk to make a nice coffee in the morning, although lovely coffee shop opposite.

Fabulous, clean and great location Positive: Great location. Apartment was a great space for us to lie our heads after watching a concert at the stadium. Negative: The only thing would be that the beds were a little smaller than we are use to. The bed were very comfortable other than that though

Great location and nearby train is convenient to get to the city but wouldn’t recommend this apartment for couples as th Positive: I was clean and tidy throughout and walking distance to the city and only a couple of minutes from the apartment to the train going to Cardiff Central station. Very convenient Negative: Beds were not doubles as advertised, both beds were large single at best. Very uncomfortable sleep. There was only one mirror in the apartment, in the bathroom. Challenging getting ready for day or evening as there weee 4 people that required a mirror at the same time.

Amazing location and great accommodation Positive: Location was perfect as we were there for a uni open day. Perfect location for the city, rugby stadium etc Negative: Nothing not to like. A couple of suggestions would be some more mirrors in bedrooms and some hooks on back of doors.

Positive: It was in the perfect place for the concert we went to Negative: We arrived when it was dark and didn’t realise that the parking right outside the flat was for residents only. Unfortunately we were fined for parking outside.

Josh was a great host and had a very clean apartment. He was really flexible and clear with check in and texted back quickly. The apartment is a minute walk to the train station and a 15 minute walk to Cardiff City which was great and central. Although not Josh’s fault, the apartment is in a student house of flats, and the weekend we went there was a lot of noise and music from other flats at night. The only negative thing I will say about the apartment itself is that I don’t think it comfortably sleeps 4 people as they are more queen sized beds. If you’re looking for somewhere clean and central then I would recommend Josh’s place 😁.

Negative: Only thing really was that the beds were quite small and difficult to get in and out of. Wouldn't be suitable for someone with mobility problems

Nice ground floor unit with convenient walking access to downtown and other locations. The host is attentive and responsive. The property features a welcoming kitchen and seating area, complemented by an outdoor patio terrace in the back. It is well-located for access to the university, though some noise may be expected due to the student-oriented environment.

Very modern, clean and convenient. Was a great walk to the city center and easy for restaurants and shopping. Very comfortable beds and nice amenities with the co-op being right across the road. The backyard looked lovely!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place was exactly as described- clean, well-decorated and in a fantastic location. It is a short walk to the city centre and right near Cathays train station. The place was well-stocked, with lots of clean towels, soap and other essentials. Josh’s friendly and prompt communication made it all the better. Highly recommend and would stay again :)

great place to stay Positive: the apartment was very, clean and homely. Negative: it was a bit of a trek into town but the train station being so close made up for it.

Positive: Cocina muy completa, ducha muy amplia y buena calefacción. Buena Smart TV. Negative: Los sofás no son especialmente cómodos y no invitan a pasar muchos ratos en ellos.

The place was nicely decorated and well stocked (kitchen had all the pans needed to cook and bathroom had plenty of toilet paper and different soaps) Super welcoming and great location ! Great place to stay A+ Positive: It was clean, bigger than I expected, had all the amenities you could wish for, even tea, coffee etc. The bed was comfortable and it was an absolute perfect location for the University Halls for the concert I attended. Clear and easy access, good communication from the owner. Negative: To be honest I do not think I can say anything was wrong with the place. As a suggestion, maybe leave check out instructions on the breakfast bar rather than messaging through Booking.com. I didn`t see your message but did what you wanted anyway. This is a suggestion not a complaint.

Lovely stay in a modern and clean flat Positive: Very clean, nice quiet location. Felt very safe! Very modern with lots of extra lovely little touches like nice toiletries, and super soft towels! Decor clean and modern. Didn’t use the garden area weather a bit cold but in the summer this will be a lovely extra! 1 small thing you need some tongs in the kitchen 😊 We will definitely recommend this accommodation to family and friends and we will be back again! Great!!!!! Positive: A wonderful, cosy place in the heart of Cardiff city Centre. A short walk from all major attractions, malls and restaurants. The place is pristine with everything you need for a quiet shut-in to hosting. Negative: I wish it had more bedrooms to accommodate more people.

Josh’s space was so convenient for walking, in the heart of the city and near Cardiff University. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a cute little patio space (which we unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy because of rain), but it was definitely inviting. Check-in was easy and the apartment entry was very safe and secure. Josh responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely recommend staying there. (The parking is a little tricky, but we arrived late and realized that we could park on the adjacent street, for no charge from 6pm- 8am and dealt with it the next morning.)

Lovely apartment and quick response to messages. Positive: The apartment was clean and modern, we asked if we could stay slightly longer before a long drive home and they accommodated us, you have everything you need, down to washing powder, salt and pepper, shower gel and shampoo. It’s only a short Uber to the town but a shop at the end of the road if needed. Negative: We loved everything! Just maybe a full length mirror somewhere in the property (we were going out) but the bathroom was lovely and my friend loved playing his music through the mirror in the shower.

We would definitely like to come back. Positive: Location for us was totally amazing. Older teenagers had a gig to attend in the University Student Union in the evening. The comforting green palette in the deco. The court yard if weather was better. The most was made of all small spaces. It felt homely. The friendly people around. Having the hosts number. Negative: Maybe could have blinds on patio doors. The spot lights in kitchen were very bright in the evening with door leaving an exposed feel. I was shattered and a foot stool to go with sofa would be a nice option. The enormous puddle along the road and pavement outside. A council problem.

Excellent clean and modern apartment, in a great city centre location. Positive: Excellent location. The flat was really clean, well decorated and well stocked. It had a bonus outside area that was clean and tidy. The kitchen was a really sociable space and had everything you would need for a great stay. Negative: The only slight suggestion for improvement is more comfortable sofas in the kitchen area.

Great location and plenty of amazing local food places to choose from as you’re in Cardiff’s best foodie area, great clean and tidy place and host was super easy and pleasant to deal with, would recommend and would stay again!! Has all the amenities and utensils you would need for a longer stay if you were to occasionally cooking for yourselves, including a dishwasher which just makes life that much easier!!

Great little house with a very attentive host. This was our first stay at an airbnb and Josh was particularly helpful in directing me with regards to the process. Very modern kitchen and bathroom complete with bluetooth bathroom mirror and power shower. Great location if you’re attending any events at Cardiff Castle.

The complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge & chocolates were really lovely touches and were much appreciated. Josh was the perfect host, the place it’s self was pristine. Felt right at home here. Lovely little courtyard to sit in the sun. Close to shops and a short walk to the centre. Couldn’t fault it.
