Loved it - it was a great stay! Positive: Property was as described and in a good location. Beds were very comfortable. Quick response from the managing agent when we had a query about the lock box code. Negative: The only thing in the flat was that the oven/baking tray hadn't been cleaned as there was some melted cheese left from a previous occupier (to put this in context, the rest of the flat was very clean). When we stayed there was a lot of household rubbish outside the building, but appreciate this is a council issue rather than the hosts, maybe we were there before bin collection day.
