Cozy Central Apartment in the Heart of Cardiff

Positive: Gute Lage, in 10min ist man im Zentrum von Cardiff. Ruhige Gegend und die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Einchecken war problemlos. Negative: Leider hat der Durchlauferhitzer nicht richtig funktioniert und die Dusche war relativ frisch.

Sound for what we needed Positive: Location and convenience Negative: Shower could’ve been better

Positive: I love how close to the city centre it was Negative: Settee could of been bigger

Uncomfortable and not cozy Positive: Not much really Negative: It was not that clean the bed settee was not as shown in the you tube clip it was a very thin mattress in the floor there was no tea or coffee as stated. For what we paid it was disgusting I know prices were high to stay in Cardiff that night because of the stereophonics concert but they charged £400 to stay for one night it was like a student flat I would advice people consider carefully before staying is this not cozy flat

Positive: Nothing. Unfortunately. Negative: The whole building is filthy. The entrance is in need of significant cleaning and decorating. The doors are old and stained. The shower had two settings, Siberian winter or Napalm.

Not cozy Positive: So stop here and got to say was a little bit disappointed with this apartment. First it say cozy we didn’t think that the sofa was very low and not very comfortable the bad was pushed against the wall in the bedroom and it was not comfortable at all. Negative: The kitchen was all right and had everything we needed

The landlord was nice but pictures were deceiving with many underlying issues. Positive: N/A Negative: Floorboards were caving in, the hot water in the taps and shower would never stay the same going from freezing cold to scalding, the radiator plug was missing the back exposing everything inside, the fridge had ice build up, the freezer had a broken draw and the bedroom had a movable electric heater that had a broken wheel making it unsafe to use

Nice apartment, good location. Positive: A lovely little apartment, only a short walk from the city centre, with bus links right outside. Everything I needed was provided. As a solo traveller, I highly recommend the place.

Appartement correspond à notre attente . Quelques problèmes avec l'eau chaude certainement dû au chauffeau instantané pas très efficace, que ce soit pour la cuisine ou le lavabo de la salle de bain. Pour la salle de bain, il serait souhaitable de mettre en place des étagères, car mettre nos affaires de toilette par terre n'est pas une solution. Pour le réglage des radiateurs, ils s'avèrent très compliqué . Pour la porte d'entrée collective, elle était plus que dure à ouvrir puisque au bout de quelques jours, elle ne fermée plus du tout. À part c'est quelques problèmes, le logement est bien placé

Semana tranquila en Cardiff cerca del centro Positive: Estaba muy cerca del centro y de supermercados, de una parada de autobús y era una zona tranquila. Joshua el anfitrión es amable y hay muy buena comunicación con él siempre. Negative: A manera de mejora, podría decir que el sofá cama necesitaría ser un poco más cómodo, es lo único que se me ocurre como mejora.

Josh is a pleasant gentleman who has always been so kind when booking his Airbnb’s … he is always helpful, with no complaint. He has affordable well located apartments in a very good condition I would without a doubt recommend and come back many many times

Wonderful little bolt hole to lay your head for a night or two, 10/15 minute walk into Cardiff town centre and plenty of other transport available to get around. Josh is a great host, friendly and quick to respond.

I stayed in Cardiff overnight for a gig, and the flat in Newport Road was absolutely perfect. It was as described, spotlessly clean and easy walking distance from everything I needed. Josh provided plenty of helpful information and was very quick to respond to any queries. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone else.

Positive: The view from appartment is brilliant facing on a church, location is good, there is a petrol station with local shop and costa coffee, also is not far away from city centre while you walking and talking with your satellite. Negative: Couldn’t switch on radiator in bedroom, more likely it doesn’t work at all. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, even if you turn it on full. Netflix doesn’t work. But we did enjoy our staying in this place!😊And would recommend!

We stayed in a nice little apartment, could have a decent amount of work done to it but overall it served purpose and was well worth the money we paid. Host was probably the nicest I’ve had on airbnb.

Well located and cosy flat. Could not get the ‘free to air’ terrestrial TV channels (ITV, BBC etc), no instructions. Host very responsive to messages. Good value.

Nice tidy place, everything you need from an apartment. Heating, cooking and nice double bed; nicely decorated. Nice touch to have the smart tv with Netflix prime etc available and use of the encrypted wi fi. No problem parking outside either...plus Josh was great at comms,always available. thanks DW

The flat was clean, attractive and well appointed with everything anyone could need. I found Josh extremely helpful, always replying within minutes! I made the decision to bring my bicycle – there was an area where it could be safely stored and I found that Cardiff was extremely bike-friendly. I cycled into the centre of Cardiff every morning and evening and on three occasions I cycled around the enormous and beautiful Bute Park.

Good value centrally located Cardiff apartment Positive: Good location. Good communication from owner. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, spray olive oil, kitchen roll all very useful. Soap shower gel towels etc all provided. Negative: Entrance and stairwell were in the middle of renovation, and not much could be done about that. Also, noisy local traffic. On street parking actually was ok, there is a road close by less than 100m where a resident permit isn't required.

Really pleased, would stay again Positive: I was really pleased with my stay at the apartment. It was perfect for two nights spent in Cardiff, and located about a 10 minute walk from Queen Street station. The interior was light, modern, and so clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, although I had no need to use it. Josh kept me informed on how to access the keys and locate the apartment once in the building, and was really quick at replying to messages when I wanted to check the process for checking out. Negative: The front door is quite tricky to work out, but once you get the knack its fine. Bed is memory foam, which I'm personally not a fan of, but wouldn't stop me staying here again.

It was a lovely weekend stay at this Airbnb for a girls weekend! Josh was excellent at communicating, gave full details as to what to do to get into the property, & checked in to make sure everything was okay. Cosy, very clean, the TV came with Netflix as well which was an added bonus for us! Equipped with cutlery, plates, all the essentials. Will definitely be staying again. Thank you Josh!

Nice flat and a good location. Was warm so had to have windows opens and it was extremely noisy as it’s on a main road and busy with people constantly. Even with the windows closed it’s still very loud with the busy road. The sofa bed it’s just a fold flat sofa so not the most comfortable.

Perfect little flat for a city break in Cardiff. Centrally located. Responsive, helpful host. We went to a concert at the principality while in Cardiff which is an easy walk from the air bnb.

Arrived slightly early- no problem. Josh was fine with this. Easily contactable when there was a slight issue with the key- someone came around and immediately rectified the problem. Very friendly and accommodating. Property was clean and has endless amenities. New bedding, WiFi. Everything you need. Location was perfect for us too. Short walk into city centre and Principality stadium. Really happy with our stay and would happily stay again. Many thanks.
